I eat meat maybe once a day or a couple times a week. Just whatever works out when getting meals, based on me choosing based on either wanting the taste of the food, the health benefits, or maybe saving money. But my boyfriend on the other hand, his favorite part of a meal (or as the entire meal!) is meat! LOL So he probably eats meat more than once a day frequently. I try to get him to switch meat to vegetables or grains because I don't think that much meat is good for him though. He likes meat cause I think to him its the tastiest part of the meal, and maybe also because he doesn't feel as filled or full without meat in a dish (but that might be also a psychological thing of feeling that a meal must have meat in it to be complete.)
According to the food pyramid, or whatnot, I think they say to have around 4 ounces or meat or something like that per day. So if you think about that as a measure of standard, then it's normal for those who do eat meat. I might have that amount totally off though, so don't count on that number lol

A few times a week probably. I make mostly veggie dishes, but do like meat and use it on occasion. Just depends on what I'm in the mood for, and what my boyfriend feels like. He's a big meat fan, but luckily he has his 'craving something lighter with veggies' days too, so he's pretty thrilled with whatever I make, meat or not. I just make sure when I don't use meat, I'm still getting in a decent protein content, so that the meal is still filling and satisfying. I've been both a vegetarian and vegan in the past, so I got pretty good at interpreting ingredients and putting things together in a way that ensures I'm still getting the important nutrients.
Why are so many women vegetarians? lol. "Saving animals" my ass. Or "healthier" too. Oye. I mean I get if you don't like the taste/texture/whatnot of meat that's fine, but you're not likely saving any animals (they're still being slaughtered for others and animals will ALWAYS die, not to mention the species of animals we eat are the least likely to go extinct so long as nothing happens that's true catastrophic) and meat is the best way to get certain chemicals. Yes, some can be acquired by plants, but they don't do it at nearly the efficiency level which makes meat a healthier choice. Of course, in moderation.
Oh well. And no, not really a huge meat eater, I eat meat maybe 2-3 times a week. Usually I just make a sandwich cause it's fast and tasty lol.
Haven't eaten any meat for the past 10 years. Not planning to ever eat it again.

I usually eat meat a few times a week. I love it, but my appetite for it is small, and I also like to limit my meat consumption for sustainability reasons.

Usually it's leaner meats like chiken / fish / seafood (mmm my fav -)

Probably once a day, but not a lot, and only tasty meats. I can't stand eating meat when it seems like a chore to chew and swallow. I did go through a period of five years when I didn't eat any meat, but my energy level was not too great.
I tend to have 2 servings a day. Lean meat though, and I try and eat less red meat. Since I can't eat gluten if I stopped eating meat there's no way I'd get enough calories (at least in a practical way).

I eat lots of meat, Atleast twice a day. Younger people, athletic people and bigger people tend to need more protein which comes from meat.
