Back acne/scars yuck!

Okay this is really embarrassing for me and now that its summer I'm getting super uncomfortable but I have a lot of acne and acne scarring on my back shoulders :(

Any magical cures or medications or lotions you guys/girls know about that help PLEASE and THANK u

I've heard a lot of good comments on Bio Oil. It can take about three months of massaging it in twice a day though.

I've been using it for scars on my back, but not for long enough to see any results. I started using it on my face swell, and a red scar on my nose that I thought I would have forever has now disappeared :D

I've also heard that cocoa butter and vitamin E is good for scars. I think Bio Oil has vitamin E in it.

If not, you can go to a cosmetic clinic and have laser treatment. They zap your cars with a laser, which heats up the lower lay of your skin, causing your body to start healing that area. It is expensive though. For the whole of my back it would have cost about 200 pounds, and it's not immediate. I think you have to wait a couple of weeks to a month in-between treatments, and it can take up to six visits.

Getting lots of sun exposure helps fight the back acne. Sunbathe in private until it calms down enough that you're comfortable to be seen in public once again.

I say, scrubing your back when you take a shower it works for me.
