I hate exercise. - fact
I have a strong interest in Pilates and I'm still going to do it but I read that it doesn't help with weight loss that much. :(
so that means that I have to do some kind of cardio, which I hate. I don't like running, and the elliptical is okay but its still tedious. I'm just lazy overall but I've never had a taste for gym-ish things. But I need to do something. Any advice? Are there any other women here who have lost a lot of weight - can you share what you did to lose it?
