I'm trying to get fit for the summer since September, but I haven't managed to lose as much as I thought I would have lost by now. :/
I'm 5'7 and 152 lbs, and have about 25% of body fat!
I don't know what I could do more, I gym twice a week and exercise at least 30 min a day. I don't drink soft drinks anymore, I have (almost) stopped eating sweets, I eat regularly and am eating much more fruits and veggies. I do see muscle growing, but no fat losing...
Any help would be really appreciated!
