I'm still a bit chubby, but I've been losing weight. I want to start working on my behind, but I'm kind of clumsy, so I'm looking for some easier exercises that can help me tone/firm up my behind.

What are some easy-to-do butt exercises you'd recommend? How many reps should I do every day, and

how soon should I notice a difference in that part of my body compared to doing exercises for other parts of my body?
