cutting back the carbs makes me feel a lot better and lighter/healthier. I do eat some, just in limited amounts.
i allow myself to "cheat" about once a week and have some white flour stuff or junk food because if I let myself I usually notice I feel bloaty and am eager to diet again because I did enjoy eating something tasty.
i work out 4 times a week for 45-60 min I do some weight exercise and a lot of cardio
