What helps you keep your weight down? here are some of mine what do you think?

for me, cutting out white flour products and sugar makes the weight fall off me. if I do this and stick to cheese, meat, salads, eggs, fish...etc and only have a small amount of non-white flour carb, I can lose a lot of weight without counting calories..i just make sure not to eat a ton and only until I am full.

cutting back the carbs makes me feel a lot better and lighter/healthier. I do eat some, just in limited amounts.

i allow myself to "cheat" about once a week and have some white flour stuff or junk food because if I let myself I usually notice I feel bloaty and am eager to diet again because I did enjoy eating something tasty.

i work out 4 times a week for 45-60 min I do some weight exercise and a lot of cardio

i've been doing this since the school year started. I wasn't overweight, my doctor said I would be fine maintaining my weight but I wanted to get a bit slimmer. I don't have a scale but I notice I am thinner, and I am one clothes size smaller/a lot of my clothes are big on me now. I also get told I lost weight. I'm guessing about ten pounds.
What helps you keep your weight down? here are some of mine what do you think?
