I have lost about 10 pounds (6-7% body fat) in the last 4 months, I still need to lose about 10-15. But it feels that whatever I do, it just doesn't comes off. I burn about 2100 a day, eat 1500, I don't eat sweets AT ALL and exercise 3 times a week.
What could be wrong with my body? I should have lost 20 pounds by far right now. :( Could it be because of the mirena (IUD) which I got one year ago?
