So my question is, would you date or be attracted to a girl that had gained weight and then lost it?
Would you date a girl who lost 25 pounds?

I see nothing wrong with the body in the link honestly. I think it's beautiful regardless if you were to lose 25 pounds or not. If losing those pounds makes you feel better about your self image then why wouldn't that confidence attract guys? Confidence is like a whole new level of attraction to me; the confident people just seem to exude this weird air about them that's so nice to be around.
To answer your question, yes I would date someone like that. Before and after too! I'd be a little self conscious though of someone with so much attention on them, I usually fall for the quieter, shyer types of girls.
I admire someone who realizes early on theyhave to change their habits...not to mention I wouldn't know, necessarily, that yu had ever gained and lost weight. Assuming I knew that, I'd like the fact that you had the discipline to get back into shape.
Why would any guy care if you weighed more before? It's what you look like now, besides if you looked like the bigger girl then you were still really hot anyway and guys would still like you. I don't think guys would care if you weigh 200+ lbs at one point, it's what you look like now that they care about.
Congrats on getting back in shape, it's hard work, that is why so few people are willing to do it.
Freshmen 15 doesn't mean you gained 15 pounds... it means you gained weight. They realized how much you gained.
Yes, I know. Those two sentences aren't related. I should have worded that differently.
I'm still not getting something... why would a guy not date a girl who lost 25... do you mean would you date a girl who gained 25?
I mean, would you date a girl who gained weight then lost it? Which is exactly what I said.. What's not to get? Weight gain is embarrassing. I know I look great now, but would a guy date a girl who had been fat?
I don't know it would, just be weird of if a guy said, "Oh God she lost weight, because she was over weight " unless you are Star Jones... I asked a male friend of mine and he said, " It looks like she accomplished a goal since she lost the weight... That's something to be proud of and if she looked like the girl in the first link.. Dammn, she looks great with and without weight"
I just feel like guys would be embarrassed to date a girl who had been slightly overweight. Thanks for your input and for asking your friend! I appreciate it:)
no problem =]

Honestly, women over-exagerrate how fat they are. 90% of women who say they're fat actually have great bodies. It's the media that's convincing some girls that they need to be size 0 bone-skinny twig. Honestly, both links you showed are great bodies. With most women, as long as you aren't obese, your body is attractive.
This link picture is hot!
If you look like this don't lose any more and don't gain anymore - stay that way!
I don't look like that anymore.. That was what I looked like with 25 extra pounds on me. I look like the update now. It's not actually me though. Just a look a like.
Absolutely I would. If you had a body like the one you linked before hand, 25lbs wouldn't be a huge amount. 25 lbs on that frame would still look good.
Date a girl who gained weight then lost it? I don't know what the question is lol.
Would you be embarrassed to be with a girl who had gained 25 pounds, looked a little fat, but then lost the exta weight and looks great?
I'm personally not that shallow. If I'm with a girl it's for a lot more reasons than her looks (I'm a good looking guy too, btw). I'd probably let her work out with me if she wanted. But in the meantime it would just be something extra to grab onto, hehe. ;-)
Why would anyone care if someone who is hot now used to be less hot before?
Personally I love the curve :) BEautiful!
what difference does it make.
Yeah it doesn't matter.
Absolutely.
I don't see why not.
