How can I start feeling better?

I used to be kinda big. I'm 5'8", and about 118-122 lbs at the moment. So I know I'm not huge. I lost over 40 lbs. I'm glad, but because of it, my boobs hang a little more, and some days I still feel gross and chunky. I eat healthy and I work out..but I still can't help but hate everything sometimes. How do I get out of that mentality? My boyfriend helps, he's the best kind of person. And I want to believe
