I am desperate for answers. I am only 25. My doctor has been no help. Years ago this all started. I would get this odd feeling I can not describe for no apparent reason. I would just feel ill, and had this strange feeling that I should lay on the Cold floor. I felt like if I didn't I might fall over or pass out. I could be making dinner, or just doing every day things and it will happen. When I lie on the cold floor I start feeling better right away. For some reason I feel the floor must be a cool surface. This has been happening off, and on for about 4 years or maybe longer. This does not happen shortly after getting up. I eat regularly, and drink plenty of water. Has anyone else had this happen? Please help.
You might be suffering from hypotension. Your blood pressure drops and you feel ill and like your inside is empty. You might feel light headed as well. When you lie down blood rushes from your lower extremities to your head which raises your blood pressure and you feel better again.

Nausea from low blood pressure? When I'm nauseous I need a cold surface to cool me down. Bathroom floor is always good.
