I'm going to answer this as short as possible. I chose A. When I was inactive I gained weight (fat), felt like shit, didn't have a lot of energy, wasn't in shape, lost muscles, started living a couch/television lifestyle, etc. And once I started exercising all of that got better/corrected. I was losing weight and also turning my fat into muscle, when I first started I had a bit of shortness of breath due to all the laziness and how I was treating my body so getting back into exercising took a few weeks for (but that's normal because my body is adjusting to the change), felt a lot better, had a lot more energy, was in shape, muscles started showing, was more productive each day and felt like I had a purpose, motivated, driven, positive self-esteem, optimistic, etc. Everything was just better. I would recommend to start being productive asap. The sooner, the better. You could always look at it this way: Treat your body with care because after all you only have one body to live in. :)

For the first few days of working out my muscles hurt. Mostly my shoulders, arms, and legs. But after a few days of working out the pain went away. Now it feels nice to work out. My health definitely improved because I feel more alive and full of energy throughout the day. It looks and feels better.
I didn't have any real issues, other than shortness of breath and bad ankles/knees. My knees are still iffy - they give out sometimes and I fall over like one of those fainting goats lol.
But my shortness of breath is gone mostly due to just being in better shape with less fat and stronger lungs.
I was never overweight or anything (a massive 115 lbs) but you would be surprised how much losing 5 pounds changed me. I didn't carry much extra fat (obviously) but the extra I carried was in my midsection (upper thighs, butt, stomach).
Anywho, I slimmed down and now can breathe better.
My uncle was 600 lbs though and he underwent surgery to lose weight and has been working out and has lost 350 lbs. He is still working on his weight (he'd like to be 150-200 lbs) but he's no longer diabetic since losing his weight - I didn't know you could just stop being diabetic lol
I've been sedentary for 21 years and just started exercising this week, so I'll be able to answer this question better after a few weeks or months. :) I will say, however, that I feel fantastic every day that I work out. Which is rare for me haha; I have a lot of health problems.

I did no exercise between the ages of 17 and 43. During the intervening period, apart from a 5 year period I smoked pretty much a pack a day.
I was unfit, coughed a lot, had bad skin and felt terrible.
On new years day, i junked the fags and joined a gym. Since then only good things have happened. Im less lethargic, more positive, look better and most important feel a million dollars compared with how i did before. When I started running a couple years ago, my legs would start itching around the shin area. it would be sooo uncomfortable and weird. it was bc I wasn't used to working out and I guess that was the blood flow in that area. it went away in a couple weeks
The only problem I had was sore muscles and It didn't last long. About a week after my muscles felt really good
If you reply with probs i can maybe help you figure them out
