Need to lose 2 kg in 4 weeks! No progress... what do I need to do?

I have a BMR of about 1400. My TDEE is 1900.
For the past month I have been going to the gym about 3 times a week. I usually eat between 1200-1600 calories. However, i binged about 5 times within the month.
I have no lost weight at all:-( Iost inches but no weight.

I really need to lose 2 kg within the next 4-5 weeks for a personal reason. I am 5.9 and weight 58 kg and need to be 56kg. Can someone please tell me how much I need to eat and how many calories I need to burn. I will try not to binge! Is this possible without starving at my weight because I know Im at a good weight already. Good ansnswers are really appreciated:-) Thanks!
