Why do I start to feel a little sick when I see her around or see a picture of her?

I mean the girl hurt me bad and stuff, and I still have feelings for her and I can't help it and always will... but ugh I see her and my heart races again, even just a pic of her, and I start to feel a little nauseous at the same time... I don't wanna hear any "eww she must be ugly/gross looking" lol because she was the most beautiful girl I have ever laid eyes on... :(

what's causing me to feel sick tho? was I just hurt really bad?

She hurt you so it's obvious that your feelings would be all muddled up towards her. That sick feeling is maybe you just feeling love sick. It can be really hard when you like or love someone and they do not reciprocate it in the same way. You are very vague about how she hurt you. I think you are just feeling really hurt by her and are in a very emotional place right now. You just have to avoid seeing her pictures and anything that reminds you of her so you are able to get over her.

I had that feeling toward my ex. Whenever I seen a picture of him or even just seen his name I'd become nauseous. And then I figured I wouldn't look at his name or face ever again. It worked. But that's just me avoiding the whole situation.. It's probably just because she hurt you really badly. You get the whole heart racing thing going on and then you remember what happened and you just feel sick. It happened to me too.
