But besides this, what i am wondering is how did you get in the business? Did it always appeal to you as a way to make money? For how long have you been doing it? Would it really be impossible to give it up and try to find another (I admit less high payed) job, but that wouldn't compromise you and make you sacrifce your own heart. I know it would take more time to make your dream come true, but at least you would have followed your heart and not money.

Honestly I think you should tell him. I know it will be hard but imagine if you two married and then you were having dinner and an old client came up to you. What if that person said the wrong thing? It's best he hears it from you.
