Boyfriend said he loves our sex but isn't in love now. I am so in love with him. How can I make him stay?

We've been dating for 5 months. This is my first time to fall in love and I have fallen hard for him. He is so sweet and gentle and treats me better than any boy I've ever been with. I want to be with him everyday but our schedules are hard to match. He is so busy with school and extracurricular activities and I have a very irregular work schedule. He says he likes another girl because she is his type (tall and super skinny) unlike me (5'2 average but not skinny), lives near him and is more acceptable in the eyes of his conservative parents. He also said it's hard to imagine our future together because he wants to start having 4 kids when he's 30 but I would be 36 at that time. He also hates that my room is messy and I don't cook for him (although I tried but work schedule got in the way). I know I disappointed him many times but I want to become a better girlfriend. I want to put him first. He told me I'm the best he's ever had and he's addicted to the sex we have and he wants to be friends with benefits. He hasn't had sex with the other girl but he likes her and last month when he broke his collarbone he called her to take care of him when he was in the hospital. I cry every time I think about this because it has always been my dream to nurture my lover when he needs me. There are many boys (some more attractive than him) who want to date me but I'm not interested at all. A few days ago he kissed me so tenderly. He just melts into me during sex. I think he's still in love with me. I love him and feel like he's the one. I just don't know what to do now.
