it depends on how experienced you are.
if you're inexperienced or had very little sexual experience, then maybe you should break up because you might start to feel regret that you are missing out and eventually break up with him anyway.
if you are quite experienced sexually and have already been with other men, then you won't feel so bad about being with him if you like him enough and he can still make you orgasm. plus, your own experience can also compensate for his lack of size.
but many inexperienced women can be perfectly happy with such a man and many experienced women can still not not find such a man to be satisfying enough.
