I ask these questions to see if there is more to be concerned about. I think you should feel free to bring it up to him, just voice your concern (not in an angry or accusatory way). Let him know that you feel a little uncomfortable with the whole thing but you don't think it's your place to tell him what he can and cannot do. He should be able to reassure you that you shouldn't need to worry about anything.

It's instagram... I don't think it's that big of a concern. I follow my ex on twitter, doesn't mean I still call him or talk in real life. And instagram is even less personal. I don't think it's cause for concern unless he's liking all the pictures of her in bikinis.
I wouldn't like it. Maybe just express your concern.
