Crack open a shy guy

Question

well, there is this guy that I'm into that's in one of my classes that I really like. He is reaaaaaaallly cute in my oppinion but for some reason super shy, and dosn't hang with a lot (any) girls. I've started talking to him but whenever we do it seems like he gets really nervous and dosn't know what to say. I'm the one asking most of the question and convo. But I'm pretty sure he likes me because whenever we pass in the halls and stuff I see his face light up and he says hi to me and does that little nodding thing with his head. I also catch him looking at me in class. But anyway I'm wondering how I can open him up enough so he has a little courage to say how he feels and eventually ask me out or somthing. And like I said he is really shy so any suggestions?

Story of my damn life FOR OVER A YEAR,

1. don't do the whole "wishful thinking thing.." he may not be into you

2. shy guys literally need time to get used to you so work your way in with his friends and hang out .

3. crack jokes make him fall in love with your personality ..

4. If you drive give him rides home, or bake him treats .. boys <3 food.. (but do this casually ).. like sit with him at lunch and pull out something delicious and homemade to offer him and some friends! crowd pleaser

5. MOST IMPORTANTLY: DONT SCARE HIM AWAY.. do not ask him out or confess your feelings just yet! he has to be comfortable with you first but don't get too into the friend zone .. flirt with him do subtle things to let him know you like him.. but don't go overboard !

i never make the first move on girls, but when the girl makes a the first move it is a hell of a difference, I'm basically going %100 for any girl who makes the first move on a shy guy, you'll win his heart eventually, if you keep going at it. well I am very shy and totally can relate to that guy, basically you need to stalk him haha but in a good caring positive way. Go to his locker after class all the time ask him all the questions you can. Go up to him during lunch and just straight up sit next to him. Be nice and laugh a lot and smile. There you go it'll work trust me

Ask him!  I was and still kind of am one hell of a shy guy, but I would have loved it if a girl asked me out.  I heard back in high school that a few girls liked me, but was so shy I couldn't ask.
