Together with my lady for over 13 years, married for 7. The thoughts will not stop, sorry but if there is some lady I am attracted to walks by, I notice. I don't oogle or gock but notice, I do still have a pulse. I look at it plainly like this, I love my wife, would never cheat. The consequences of cheating outweigh the others. So, they can only become a problem if you let them and act on the feelings you have. Look but don't touch EVER!. If you find some hottie that you just can't resist, be a MAN, leave the wifey, and then go find that other chick. Then your a real man and not a cheater.
My wife still thinks I am somewhat of a pig but she understands that I am a guy and boys will be boys and it would litterally be impossible for me to see some beautiful lady in front of me and not be arroused, but for me, I focus that to my spouse. What I learned to do and explained it to my spouse is this, 80% of the time, when I find another girl sexy, its what she is wearing or how she is wearing it. So I go and find something similar for my wifey and have her wear it for me and ravage her. Its almost role play but not really. So if I go to the beach and some hottie is showing her goodies and I pop a chubbie, my wife ends up usually getting a nasty raw p*$$y pounding session and she usually knows why. How do you ensure that the spouse won't cheat? EASY keep them satisfied, its allot of work but, marriage is a big lifelong investment, and the payoff is (as the Master-card Commercial says) "Priceless".
I only think about my husband that way, but I don't know that it would cause problems. It might, but I don't want to find out. It's not about feelings stopping for everyone else. It's having only feelings for that one person. No one else matters enough to have feelings for.
