So I have been with my bd for 2 years, I got pregnant last march and now we have our 5 month old daughter who is amazing in every way. Well we decided while i was pregnant with her that we where going to move to oklahoma because it was cheaper, the deal was that me and my boyfriend would get our own place but we got here and my boyfriend has made 0 efforts what so ever to get our own place. He wants to stay and live with his mom forever and I am not about that. So now I am to the point where i want to go back home to Texas where I have lived 99.9 percent of my life where I actually had family and friends. I literally have no one here but his mom, his brother, and him thats it.
I have tried to take aria and leave but they start talking about having a custody battle and stuff and its making me paranoid.
I feel like i should get full custody because I at least want to have my own place and have been saving money and he doesn't want to leave the nest and wants to live with his mom and brother for forever and play video games all day.
How would you suggest I go about trying to get back home and get custody of my daughter?
