How do you break up with someone who lives an hour away?

We've been together for 3 months. Took a break in December, gave him a second chance. When I really needed him... he wasn't there for me at all. He bounced. He went for drives instead and wouldn't let me know, so I went through a hard time all alone. Plus, we can never have sex because he can't keep it up. And I'm sexually frustrated and he doesn't want to try different things. So I'm just done. How do I break with him when he's an hour away? I'm working, going to school and taking care of my mom since she just got out of the hospital and is in critical condition.

Invite him to dinner. If you simply can't manage to meet him in person, then do it over the phone. A phone break up is really lame, so that should be a last resort if everything else fails.
