Looks like she is getting prepared to collect child support with or without you being around. Unless she can get a court order for your information. I would try and hold off until getting back home.
If you’re smart, block and ignore her and her family. Don’t give out any information of yourself or your job. Don’t sign any paperwork or birth certificates. Move on with your life.
If she name you as a father and you don't reject it with a dna test, there is a risk you become father by default. Be really sure what your local laws says before you ignore these things. It can become really expensive.
Don't give her anything she can use against you, in fact don't give anything at all, I'd suggest you get a lawyer to deal with this for you. Maybe your job can help you out with legal support.
WAIT TIL YOU COME BACK, this happen to me when i was fresh out of high School and joined Army she tried to collect with no DNA test while i was stationed in another state lol and when i came back i talked to case manager and told them she recently got married but ill take the test & when the child support people asked her about her marriage she became uncooperative and they closed the case lol but yeah WAIT!!! She's tryna get a bag off you.
You can get a paternity test while she's pregnant, no need to wait until the baby is born. It will be worth it to find as soon as possible, that way you can go away without the uncertainty.
Well, you got your options out there. You can wait if you don't want to spend money, but how long will be until you come back? Won't you be in trouble if the kid turns out to be yours?
I responded to a court order to have a blood test. This was in 1988 before DNA. If you scored a 90% or above, you were on the hook for 18 years. I scored Zero, paternity excluded. Good luck on your deployment.
I’m glad you didn’t walk into the other trap their family seems to love doing… this is All the information you truly need to remove you from the military.
@Gwenhwyfar yeah i wasn't 100% about that, cause it works differently where i live. I mean can she just put him in child support without him agreeing to anything or being the actual father?

Do not give her this info at least until after you're back.
I'd wait until you get back so she doesn't tamper with it.
Never give your social to anyone but a job. Why does she need it.. I'd deal directly with the hospital not her if I were you.

She’s trying to take my deployment money
Be smart and tell her wait til your back
Bro, don't be stupid. You can clearly see that this is a set up and your superiors are telling you right.
It would be best to get your leadership to give JAG a call and see what they say, just to be sure you're getting good legal advice.

With all the respect, I looked into it it was about $4k

Just do the test to prove it isn’t yours. If it is then man up and pay the court ordered child support. I did
Dna u just need blood, grandma is definitely not on your side dude, she's the enemy stay safe
Speak to your military chaplain or family councilor. They have experience with this sort of thing.🤗
I mean if she is you can’t just ignore the request. You don’t give the dna on your own the court will make you.
She shouldn't have cheated on you. Tell her to sod off.
you can get a test anywhere you need a lawyer to get things straight dont sign anything that will make you the father till you get DNA back
I’m glad you didn’t walk into the other trap their family seems to love doing… this is All the information you truly need to remove you from the military.
She sure doesn't need that information to find out if you're the father or not.
Yes, but she does need it to collect child support

No, she can’t. Not if he responds to her suit for child support in a timely manner and requests a DNA test.
Honestly she don’t need the info and I would wait til ur back.
