I am well over the stage of just wanting to have sex with this person or them be in my presence or whatever the case may be.
There are some days in some instances late at night where I want somebody to come home to or cuddle with and I think about my ex

Maybe a bit. You miss the good parts, you were used to it, and have nothing to substitute it with.
I wouldn't be worried, all part of the process. You need more time to get over them and to reach that feeling of indifference.

Turning that into a full yes is good idea. Otherwise you'll be relying on another person to make you comfortable or worse, relying on someone else to make you happy.
Honestly it took me 3 years to get over the best relationship I ever had. Even then I still miss her.

Yeah but there was no real relationship only like relationship type moments I believe he says a bunch of shit but I don’t believe him I think it really was meaningless for him because he could just move on like that

Only I am left with the I love you longing feelings that I have. And honestly it’s just those moments where I’m alone and I would prefer to be held or talk to him I guess for the attention but right now I don’t need to mess with anybody or do anything and learn how to be good and self pleasure gets boring after a while you can I want to do stuff with someone else

Well, filling your life with friends and activities for the time being might help. Or maybe getting a cat or dog.
