My ex (24f) and I (26m) broke up 2 months ago. We still keep in touch because she said she was unsure about her feelings towards me and is confused about what she wants.
The reason we broke up was because I have been acting distant for a long time and stopped putting in an effort. I had a lot going on mentally and didn't pay as much attention to our relationship (not making an excuse just explaining). She felt she wasn't making me happy and wanted space.
Yesterday on facetime she told me that through our time a part she wants to be with someone who is 100% about her and wants to be with her. She wants to be with someone who enjoys her presence and actively shows they care about her. An example she used was posting on social media (something i didn't really do).
Why is she telling me this? Is she trying to subliminally tell me if we get back together, I want things to change in our relationship?
