How do you get over getting cheated on back to back?

I broke up with my first girlfriend because she cheated on me and made me feel like a second option to everyone. The girl that gave me the confidence to break up with her asks me out shortly after , and is my co worker. This girl was perfect told me I deserved the world said she was always in love with me since she met me. Then I drop her off to a club and she cheats on me. The next day she moves in with the guy , she cheated with and now everyday she comes in with hickies on her neck or is calling him. I see this all the time , and to make matters worse my first ex started posting her new boyfriend the same day I got cheated on and continues to post him. Now TODAY I was on tiktok and the second ex posts a video of her and the guy she cheated with in bed. I don’t even follow her and this is the first time she’s ever even appeared on my TikTok. It’s genuinely getting me down and it’s constant reminders of how lonely I am. I’m alone cuddling a pillow and they have someone. This all happened back to back in a matter of 4 months it’s getting extremely depressing. I can’t figure out where to start I’ve just been in bed every weekend now because I have nothing to do.

Find something that distracts you emotionally. For me it was a online game... I became the greatest player at that online game. I was simply trying to not feel the hurt and it was the only thing that took me away from the emotionally pain inside.

I suggest finding something more beneficial. Like writing a book.
