I have been with this guy 11 months. We have had ups and downs. Mainly because I have bipolar and I have really been struggling with my treatment for the good half of our relationship. He broke up with me yesterday saying he can't hurt me and him anymore by being together and that it's best we end this now. He said he csnt emotionally deal with my manics. Last night the night of the break up I rang and asked him for him back and he said no he never goes back once he's done he's done. So he text me this morning and has been checking in on me a couple times a day. The first one was 'I'm hoping your okay I'm hurting a lot". I then replied with a text apologising for my behavior lastmight and thanks for looking out for me. I then said that I accept his choice and that I wish him the best. He then replied saying he's so sorry he was doing this as he thought it was for the best. That he's hurting just as much as I am and that if I ever need to talk or need him that all I have to do is message him. I left him on read and I got a message this evening saying "I hope your okay I'm not" to much I never replied. The text came around the time I deleted my social media images and I started posting positive vibes with friends. What should I do? And why would he keep checking in.
