Hi. My ex and I broke up. It wasn't a bad breakup. There was no cheating or abuse. What I messed up on was texting him how sorry I was, how it made our friendship bad, and how I would love to try again IF it came back to that. I will admit that even though my intentions were good, it was harassment. Anyways, he filed a no contact, but he's leaving in 5 days-EAS. Would the no contact expire since he's gonna be civilian, or is it only when my commander? In a way, does the military have any business where 2 people just have relationship problems where there's no abuse?

a no contact order is a civil order. if you break it you most likely go to jail depending on some things, or pay a hefty fine, and you will lose even more rights than you have just lost. currently you are not allowed to own a gun. anyone who named in no contact order is not allowed to have a gun.
And no the order will only expire when the time is up. Im guessing its a 2 year?
He doesn't like you clearly and thinks you're a monster and he has called the government on you to stop you from talking to him...
judging by your post trying to get with him, you appear to be deserving of the order.
Oh no, I am in a new relationship with someone else. I don't want him anymore. I just found out about the order because his friend told me but I'm pregnant...
well if you're pregnant with his kid he will be responsible for child support
and the order will be adjusted due to that
What is a cobtract order?
No contact order*
