You need to change your mentality first. If you go into these situations already thinking you are going to fail or be awkward, guess what's probably going to happen? Don't build it up so much in your mind.
The only way to become comfortable speaking is by constantly interacting with people until it's not such a big deal.
Lol I'm similar, I'm not shy in the slightest but I have anxiety which puts every girl I meet off. Everyone has skills which need developed, some find it harder than others
get better by forcing yourself out of your comfort zone. the only way to get better at interacting with women is to actually interact with them. there's no other way. and frankly, that's the best way to deal with -any- problem you might have.
You force yourself into uncomfortable situations and stop thinking women are so fucking magical that they aren't as easy to talk to as any other human. We have moments of being shy, awkward, or feeling insecure too.
Practice makes perfect. You'll meet lots of impatient mean bitches and then once you're used to them, you find really nice girls 😂
