He usually starts the conversation but it's always so dry, why?

so I've been talking to him for about three months, we know a bit about each other and he remembers details about me, I know a little about him, my mind was pre occupied for personal reasons. He said he would wait for me until I finish what I had to do. He said he would make time to meet me. Whenever he starts the convo it's always so dry. mwe usually talk about our day and it's usually just him about sleeping and working. He would ask about my day but it's always so dry. Sometimes he would ask for help on something. Is he interested and what can I do to make it more interesting?

Well he is interested.. Im like him.. I dont do small talk and talk about meaningless things.. I dont have the habit of talking about things that dont interest me.. But talking with a girl on a daily basis and asking about her day and trying to make time with her than it means he is definitely interested in you..

If you wanna make your chats more interesting then see what interests him and what you have in common.. If nothing appears to be in common then go out with him.. You might find something in His behavior that interests you that you dont while chatting

Deffinetly.. Its like i said before.. Im not the kind of guy that talks much or waste breath on small talks and uninteresting things.. But when i get face 2 face with the person im talking things get a lot differently.. Again thats why i said you try and meet him cause you might find something you might like in his behavior or something else that interests y our

I don't know what the best solution is... its just that if you're honest, he feels bad, if you say nothing, you feel bad. Perhaps op could let the guy know that he doesn't have to worry and can say anything he's thinking when he messages her? If in the case that he's holding back because he's treading the water... perhaps that could help?
