He says he misses me, but doesn't make plans to see me?

The guy I'm seeing lives an hour away, both of us are busy mon-fri working so we always spend the weekends together. But recently I noticed that I'm the only one that's setting up the times and telling him my schedule and asking to see him. He never asks to see me or set anything up. He just told me yesterday that he misses me already but didn't say anything about this weekend. What should I do now? Should I wait and see if he does? Or bring it up to him?

Maybe he's just used to that you always set up schedules and thinks that you better arrange time? You can wait ofc to figure out, but he may think that you're busy as well if you don't tell him to meet, so...
