My coworker called me beautiful?

I hadn’t seen her in a while and we had a few conversations throughout work. Towards the end we started talking and out of no where she said “you are beautiful” She has complimented me before but I was surprised she said that. I’ve never been called beautiful so what exactly does it mean? I’m assuming she attracted to me? I’m a guy by the way

I don't pay too much attention to what women say, I focus more on their actions. However, in my experience only the women that find me really attractive compliment me.
