Happy hour at restaurant-bars are excellent hunting grounds.
From what I hear, it's only good if you're insanely attractive, are okay with being in a very hostile environment, and just want hookups.
no cuz most go there for just hook ups to find some 1 to be a date or girl friend better public or events or festivals
Any place you want to meet girls is fine but you may want them to know your looking for and things you like to do and maybe get a date or more outta it
