How would you feel if your so always never gave you their full attention?

Girlfriend always never fully pays attention to me. Either on her phone all day long or watching tv non stop. Its really irritating. I honestly sometimes wanna break up eith her for it and get someone who really wants to interact engage and makes me feel like wanted. She also hates pictures and i love saving them so I can keep memories of our relationship together. Its also really hard to take care of her on my own income. She can't work due to a disability so I have to pick up that slack. Its already almost nearly impossible to take care of me let alone her our dog and our kid. I don't know what i should do. there's another girl i really like and have for a long ass time that i would love to go be with and go live with! but she's in another state. I love my girlfriend with all my heart i really do! and am super stoked im with her. But these are things that are huge pet peeves of mine that I can't stand.
