I would probably assume that person isn't interested in me and try my best to move on.

I think the two are pretty comparable in that regard, although grinding on someone at the club could reasonable just be drunk/silly behavior with random people that doesn't mean anything, while a kiss at the park is far more deliberate, indicating a whole date.

I agree. I think that a kiss is usually a bigger deal, but I wanted to hear other opinions since grinding can be considered more sexual.
