Guys, Do you mind shy girls?

I just started officially dating my boyfriend like 2 months ago.

Although I am always very talkative and ask questions and engage I’m still kind of nervous around him. I’m pretty sure he knows this, but it doesn’t seem to bother him... like I thought he might get annoyed at how it takes me so long to answer a question but he just listens and smiles.

Basically what I’m trying to ask: is do guys mind shy girls?

I’m pretty sure that over time I will get more comfortable around him, because I feel more comfortable everyday, but it’s just going to take a little while, and I don’t want him to think that the shy personality is who I am.

can't speak for all but i find it endearing. i too know she will get more comfortable aroynd me. it can become annoying if we have soent a lot of time together (think to the point of already had sex) and she still acts nervous like that, in fact it could make a guy feel either she's cheating or not enjoying his efforts as much as he hoped (unsatisfied).

Shybess can be very cute but at some point it may be frustrating. I think you should get rid of it step by step. Sound like it's a nice guy and he accepts your shyness. Maybe you can get over it for him?

I don't mind shy girls, if they show that they're trying to change for the better, especially if they show progress.

Especially if she's okay with having sex, even if she's shy.
