It's very hard for women who are interested in women. Are they being friendly or are they flirting? Are they into you or do they see you as a friend? Very difficult to tell. Trust me I know😅 I've basically given up on persue women lol if i women is interested in me she'll have be very up front with me for me to know she's interested lol because I'll just assume she's straight and just wants to be a friend.
So I guess my advice, would be to be forward, if you're attracted to women go right up to her and start flirting. Either she'll think you're just gassing her up or she'll wonder/grasp that you're into her and either she'll let you know she's not into women or she might flirt back
