What does it mean when there's no form of skinship even after the second date?

so, I met this guy on tinder and he's really different than any other tinder date I've been on. we've been talking for a month now but we've only met twice cause of our busy schedule and him living 2 hours away. He has said he likes me and would love meeting up more, we've had some deep conversations although we both aren't quite good at talking about our feelings but he has never made a move on me , not even holding hands or anything. I felt like i'd initiate at least a tinest bit and i hugged him when we were leaving , did the same on the second date. nothing seemed to change
what could this possibly mean?

It's because we *ALWAYS* get shit for being physical with women. It's just assumed now that a girl is going to be uncomfortable or freak out if we try and do anything physical before like 3 or 4 months of dating. You've gotta give obvious and clear signs that you're okay with touching for most men that are actually interested in dating.

I don't know, you'll have to try harder to make sure he REALLY knows you want him to initiate. If I'm in his position, I'm not doing shit unless I get a borderline explicit okay signal.
