At this point, I consider myself American with Chinese Origin. Like many others who are from other parts of the world.
My college boyfriend. from India. He came to the US with his family when he was 2 years. old. However, his parents still wanted arrange marriage for him and his siblings.
The other 3 (American Jewish - from Russia/Austra)
(American/English - able to trace back to the Civil War)
(American/Italian - prob. also able to trace back to the Civil War time)
Others, kinda dated here and there... American Irish, Japanese Korean, Finish)
Agree, we are all a lot closer than we think when we get to know deeper about other cultures. I have very close friends from Jamica, Haiti, Ethopia, Thailand, Taiwan, Japan, German... The more we share who/where we come from, the more we have in common.
You made a wise choice 👍😂😻
Wise choice about who I am dating now, or wise choice for MHO? 😀😀😀
Only those from where I am. It's hard for cultures to mix when one is a cookie. It takes a cookian to be with a fellow cookian.
I always thought the big problem was being a banna!
True! Banna cookies are super rare. 😆😆
I have only met one my entire life!
Thanks for the MHO.

Uhm. I'm not American so I hope I'm not "polluting" your question, so to say... if I am, feel free to delete my answer! I haven't voted so I won't be putting a non-American vote.
Of the women I've dated and frequented, only one was full Italian.
My fiancée is Austrian, my longest term ex was from Georgia - the Caucasus country, not the US State - and I've dated Thai, Ukrainian and Belarusian girls.
Appreciate the response. You dated a Ukrainian woman. What was your impression of her?
Overall, very positive. Direct and a bit brash, but very kind nonetheless.
All the Ukrainians I have met were good people, good workers and good friends.
The lady I dated was very attractive, bright, friendly, and kind. Very appreciative for everything that I did for her. But she grew up in the Ukraine when it was part of the USSR, there were always shortages of food and other goods, and she was very materialistic. But I dated her a few times over the years.
I understand, I think her behavior is very understandable.
Having grown up with little or nothing, she both wanted to fulfill her childhood insatisfactions and maybe she was afraid to lose what she had gotten.
Interesting question.
I have dated non-Americans from the following countries:
France
Australia
Venezuela
Austria
The Philippines
Canada
Dating non-locals is actually one of my biggest problems. I seem to click with non-locals, but inevitably they go home...
Why it ended
@Hassaniscool As I said, in most cases, she went back home. Several were on tourist visas, and others had residency but they had family back in their home country and eventually moved back. One was in college and moved back, and another was getting advanced knee surgery due to a polo/horseback riding accident.
I realize it was my fault for going after girls who weren't local, but for whatever reason, there was mutual attraction and lots of chemistry with these girls. Even though they didn't work out in the long run, I definitely enjoyed our time together and probably wouldn't have changed anything even knowing what I know now.
I have a minor issue with the lead question vs the possible answers.
I have a "national origin", but I was born in the US.
If people are born in the US, do they now NOT have a national origin?
I have dated people who had ancestors born in other countries- Lithuanian, Bohemian, Slavic, and Polish gals- but they were all born in the United States, so you'll have to figure out if I need to be a B or a D. :- )
I have ancestors who arrived on the Mayflower (literally; Richard Warren.) However, all of us - even me - all of us have ancestors from Europe or elsewhere. But being born elsewhere means you are much more likely to have been raised in a different culture and the question is aimed at determining how much exposure to other cultures G@Gers have had.
Ah - check (not Czech). :- ) In that case, I've likely had more "cultural exposure" when I went on short-term-mission-trips to Athens, Greece - more in the Middle East than "Europe", and a jumping off point for people escaping religious persecution- and Haiti after the earthquakes.
Well, I am a US-born Canadian, dual citizen, all that. But for the purpose of this question, I’m simply Canadian. I have not dated much at all. I got married when I was 25 to a Serbian man, born and raised there, permanently came to Canada when he was 19. Before him, the only other two guys I had been crushing on and hoping to date, were American. So my vote is C.
I think they were all born in the US. But it’s been 21 years since I dated anyone who wasn’t my husband. 🤔 I kissed a guy who was born in Mexico before I knew he had a girlfriend.
Awesome question, @OlderAndWiser!
I've dated girls from Argentina 🇦🇷 (the most intense and loving relationship I've been in), Colombia 🇨🇴 (the most beautiful girl I've ever dated, a 10/10 Latina), Japan 🇯🇵, Brazil 🇧🇷, Mexico 🇲🇽, Canada 🇨🇦. Now I'm kinda dating a pretty girl from Chile 🇨🇱.
So I voted F... And was the only one, lol.
Why it ended
I was born in Japan on a US military base. Do I count as someone from there? Anyways I dated a girl from Russia who lived in Russia for 2 years, same as me. Genetically I'd be USA bit she would be considered Russian. I also dated a girl from the Philippines and she counts 100% bc she even descended from a family there... I'm kinda high by the way. I'm sorry if this doesn't make sense.
I've never dated anyone. But my brothers have dated Chinese girls, Vietnamese girl, Thai, half Korean/white, and half Japanese/white. We're Chinese-Americans so for some reason my brothers have only dated Asian American women. One of my brothers did casual stuff with a caucasian girl but nothing serious. As for me I've always been alone my heart is stone now.
I mostly dated Americans, Estonian, germans, mexico, Spanish, Italians, Brazilian, and I can't remember lol but I dated outside my race (Asians/filipino) just cuz I'm more interested in other ethnicity
How it's possible ur 16
It only lasts weeks 😂 plus I can get who I want
@yourbabygirl921 You could do all that by the age of 16 ?
Maybe in another life I will have the choice to date without thinking on so many problems. Those problems cripple my motivation to date.
Online, I had short relations with mexican girls (I was a teen at the time), then I had my first and last LDR, with my ex from Spain. Beside that, I had crushes in HighSchool, and college.
I have dated girls from Mexico, Brazil, Ireland, Australia, Russa, and England. I want to date a Asian girl from China or Japan maybe Korean or Vietnamese. I am going to Tokyo, Japan when flying restrictions are lifted and maybe I can get lucky number 7 diffrent nationally girls.
I've never dated anyone from another country, but centainly would. I've never had the opportunity. I have had friends from other questions. It was nice because I got to learn about theor countries culture and experiences, in addition to being good friends.
Only a Chinese woman for a short time, it didn’t go anywhere except as just friends, I’ve been with nationalities such as black and Puerto Rican and of course some white but they were all born here
"Technically," black is not a nationality! :) :) :)
Yeah I was thinking that but her parents were from Haiti
People born in another country none.
People a different nationality/race then me 2.
1 is italian heritage
1 is Haitian heritage
Only one. A girlfriend that I still cherish with all my heart was born in Germany and brought to the U. S. as a baby. She had permanent residency but had never wanted to become a naturalized citizen.
Western guys are not into me 😅.
So guys from different ethnicity of different countries are more nicer to me.
Only dated an American. Well briefly a Swedish guy. But that lasted like a month so I dont count it. But id love to try dating another guy from a different country again
I've dated a lot of them. I didn't date them for their nationalities, rather because they were nice women.
I'm not weird, I just so happen to not only be undesirable by most black women, but most American women in general. I've had better luck with women from Latin American and a few Asian countries. I'm not changing my personality 😗
French, Belgian, English, Polish, Italian, spainish, Russian, Finnish, Norwegian, Hungarian, Bulgarian.
i don't wanna get into total numbers, cause that's pathetic in my case xD but let's say the majority of them was actually not my native nationality.
Have you ever heard of the old newspaper blind dates? I’ve dated a Filipino a Chinese girl and of course Latina
Never dated an American. I date men from all ethnicities but they are usually ones i have meet in trips out of america cause i travel often.
I'm open to date any woman of any race/ culture/ religion this does not bother me
Married my wife from Ireland. and divorced her 15 years later. lol
dated a Spanish lady as well.
Having spent a lot of time in Europe, I have dated people from many countries. Always a good experience!
I have only dated somebody once thus far, but I would love the opportunity to date someone from a Central, Northeast or Eastern European country.
From everywhere but India/Pakistan region.
Finally married una Colombiana.
No way Pakistan chick
I put 3 or 4 but now that I think about it it's more than that.
National Origin.. Would that include Jamaica (Not Jamaica, Queens?) #NYCJOKE
Well my first true “date” I guess you could say is this Amerindian girl from Ecuador
I dated somebody from New Jersey.
Different planet doesn't count!
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I've only dated 2 people and both were born here but had Mexican parents
Argentina, Spain , New Zealand, Scottish Cambodian , Korean and French
Everyone I've dated has been born in the US.
But my ex wife was black.
And one ex was Mexican.
Q. Americans, how many people of other national origins have you dated?
A. But my ex wife was black.
Not a nationality.
I find woman from foreign countries a little sexy, I don’t know why. Lol
Of the two people I have dated one was born in another country and the other's parents were.
only Americans so far and the wife is not letting me expand my horizons at the moment
I’ve never dated so I’ll say 0.
I've been with one other nationality.
