Girl invited me to go out, we agreed a place and now after I proposed her a date she ghosted me?

I have been dating with a girl over 4 times. The last time I invited her she cancelled my invitation because she was “busy” and I moved on. After 2 weeks she sent me a message on Wednesday if I wanted to go out with her to a coffee. I suggested a place; she accepted. I then proposed her to be on Saturday afternoon. I was completely ghosted; no response.

Why would she even invite me in the first place?

Maybe something came up, I'd give it time before assuming she's ignored you but if she did I'd consider that a strike to be honest, it's not ok to leave someone hanging like that with no response such as "I can't make it" if you've already made plans, even as friends. Try not to jump to conclusions everyone is dealing with their own stuff. Perhaps one of her relatives died. It's not likely but it's also not impossible.
