I'm an introvert and I've decided to venture out into a park whilst the sun isn't so heavy to catch some rays, I've noticed it's full of single ladies everywhere I look (hardly any guys around).
What's the likelihood a girl will approach a guy in these circumstances?
The fact is it's quite nerve wracking for me as a guy to approach a girl just to say hi, not going to lie I fear being accused of something.
But if you're a girl would you have the confidence to approach?Oh wait a sec just checkin a guy out I approached a squirrel and it didn't run away ☺️
The answer here all depends on the circumstances. What kind of girl are you approaching? What do you look like? What are you wearing, what are you doing? So many variables. Are you noticing if any of the girls are looking your way? Some might tell you that you have zero chance. But that’s not always true. Just keep your options open. If you are look at a girl and she looks your way, give her a nice smile. She may smile back. If you see someone they you want to approach, give it a try. What have you got to lose?
A lot of people have pet dogs and when they stroll around with their dog, people will notice and maybe think the dog is cute and it’s a reason to chat.
Also if you go to part regularly you may notice some other regulars. There can be some familiarity that develops if you see someone regularly that might make it easy to say hi to them.
Just be observant, be patient, take an opportunity if you see one. Lots of people you see out there who are in a happy relationship, are in that relationship because they took a shot and it worked. So take your chances. You never know. Don’t go around telling yourself you have zero chance or that you can never do it. Of course you can. It just takes the right combination of things at the right time. Go for it.
Definitely don’t count on it. Now if you are on a large numbers of single women every day it’s occasionally possible. Especially if you are attractive. However lockdown did a fantastic job at screwing that up (college campuses being shut down)
However if you wait for women to approach you these are the likely outcomes:
1. You will mostly get approached by women NEED to approach men (they are unattractive themselves and rarely get approached). I have no idea what you look like but unless you got a big girl fetish then expect bbw with big personalities to approach. They have to.
2. You may on rare occasions be approached by attractive women with ulterior motives (they just want to make the guy they really like jealous).
This is close to horrifying and the shittiest thing a woman can do to man. She will get your hopes up just to ditch you, ghost you or last but not least friendzone you (despite seemingly showing physical interest earlier). This is hard to notice to because most men aren’t used to women approaching.
3. On very rare occasions you might be approached by an attractive woman who really does like you. While this is wonderful it’s also an unfortunate fact she knows you don’t associate with many other women. So the second she gets bored with you and/or senses insecurity she will quickly get turned off. Your not a “challenge” to her and she knows it. Then she will turn into #2 scenario which is horrible.
4. On other rare occasions a semi attractive woman might approach you for sex.
I've had it happen a few times. This only works because she’s either mentally unstable and/or pissed off at someone else. She wants a quick “escape”. Not girlfriend material obviously but when the iron is hot well do what you want. Just make sure to wrap it.
5. No one approaches you and you will remain lonely/single indefinitely
Do any of those scenarios sound good to you? Well all dream about situation number 3. But that only happens at best 1-2 times in a lifetime.
The hottest girl I ever met in my life approached me in college. But she later friendzoned me. She found out I wasn’t outgoing hence less of a challenge.
As unfair as it is you need to find ways to be assertive. Being introverted doesn’t always mean being shy. Just saying hello to a girl along with a friendly chat can break the ice. Yes it’s scary but you have to try.

Nothing wrong with being an introvert. Some girls actually prefer that (not the majority but some). But you got to know when to make a move. Saying hello never hurts especially when your 26 (when you are 40 like me it unfortunately gets more tricky).
Most women won’t wig out. And once you break the ice with them it gets easier.
A girl could approach a guy, yes... and an extroverted girl is more likely to approach. But also, extroverted girls are often surrounded by guys willing to take the first step.
But if you're a guy you shouldn't depend on girls approaching you. Most of us don't like passive, timid guys. Women don't like weakness. Men are supposed to protect us when we're vulnerable, that's literary your evolutionary role.
If you can't even muster the courage to approach a girl then rather than hope she will do it, work on your self confidence. What if you end up with a girl and someone attacks you? Will you then expect her to protect you because you're afraid? Or do you think that in that moment you will suddenly grow balls because the situation demands it?
My advice is: approach girls but don't think too much about it. If you don't have any expectations you won't be disappointed and with that you'll build up your confidence. It's not creepy to show interest in a girl.
Well, I'm an introvert, so I don't really approach guys I'm attracted to because I fear rejection. I don't really know about extroverted girls, but as someone in this comments section said, if there are two girls and two guys, then its highly likely that both the girls would have some type of confidence and courage to approach both the guys.
Funnily, I once admitted to a guy that I liked him and got rejected gently lmao. I don't have enough self-confidence, but if I grow up, then maybe.
You have a right to fear being accused when you approach a girl because girls (but not men) are rude and can be viscious. However, that only applies to girls that appeal to you. If you say "Hi" to big girls or other unattractive girls, likely they will welcome your advances because they seldom attention and you are better they what they can get.
In fact, I recommend that because your success with them will give you the confidence to approach more desirable girls and then even more desirable girls until you are approaching girls in your league at which point you will find they unlikely to be receptive and may be very rude and hostile.

why are they rude or hostile though this is issue, perhaps that I've approached them without looking at their hand for a ring, or that they were visibly very busy and the wrong time? or my approach was very aggressive and in a place they are vulnerable like the dark / side street, or the wrong place e. g. workplace etc.
I believe girls are hostile and rude because they believe guys considerable below their league should know better than to ask them. Other than the ring, I can't even imagine a guy with good intentions approaching girls in those situations that you described. The rule is to never approach a girl unless she makes the first move by smiling and saying "Hi" or otherwise indicating that she might be receptive to being approached.
Whether or not they are married or engaged or have a boyfriend is of little importance. If they are looking for an excuse, they can point to the ring. However, if they are in the mood and the guy is hot and especially good-looking, they will be receptive if they think they can drop their panties and their SO will never know. That is because most girls are always looking to upgrade and when they are certain they will pounce. Then they don’t care what SO knows.
Buddy never been approached and refuse to approach and it's honestly something that annoys me but I don't want to look stupid or get hurt just how I am take a risk and if it fails get back up. Wish I could take my own advise on this one but something stops me everytime. Will you be aproached depends do you look approachable if so maybe but I'd say they'd probably prefer if you took that first step might not have an interest in you but them might respect you for it.

dont get annoyed, 17-23 is a great age to be approached, they always do from behind you so it's a shock mentally you need to prepare not to say no just keep calm. When i was younger doesn't matter where i was it happened a lot even in places i thought eh? because if a girl sees you routinely go to a place she will prey. But having said this a lot of these types are bad bitches and won't make their intention clear until you followed them to their bedroom.
Yes and no, in normal public situations people usually don't just strike up conversations with people, and hate to say this but men are also usually expected to the approaching (some women do the approaching though). In a club/bar, at a party, or chilling with friends in a group setting, it's not uncommon for a girl to approach a guy. At a park though? If any of them are interested you're going to have to make the first move (most likely nothing is impossible).

A single girl is unlikely to approach a single guy in a park. Two girls might approach two guys if one of them thought one of the guys was cute and she had enough self-confidence.

Damn where's a wing girl when I need one. I guess you're right, the buff looking guys sit in pairs outside the park. How do girls find courage to approach a muscled up guy? Best I had so for was a kid boy on a scooter going past me 16times and finally decided to sat himself next to me on the bench lol smh

Slim to none. Women don't generally approach guys. And if they do your best bet is someplace and time where their motor is already running. A place where music is playing and they've already got some liquor in them. Then they're most likely to go on the hunt.

I am shy and introvert girl but i approached my boyfriend. So do you only want extrovert girls to approach you?
Extroverts are generally attracted to introverts, but in this environment and scenario nobody is going to know what your character is so, no they are unlikely to approach you.
I was too shy! Besides, a lot of the times they weren't asking me for a date, they were just pretending to be interested just to get my reaction. Years later when I stopped being so shy, they wanted nothing to do with me, anymore!! Their loss!!
Introvert guys tend to attract psychos. At least that's my experience as a reformed introvert.

dude use the 5 second rule. when you see a girl you like go up to her within the first five seconds of seeing her and say hi that way it won't give your brain time to think or panic and have anxiety

ohh sorry to hear that. In truth though reflecting on the 13 times i have been, these girls i came across they saw a clueless puppy and just wanted sex. They did not know me at all, expecting me to just jump into bed. This was a time where there was no tinder.
