I was thinking about it. As a balding 20 yo dude, i've got very low chances to meet a girl interested in me, and willing to accept my baldness, until i'll be 30 or more. So, other 10 years without experiencing dating will destroy my self esteem. I've been told i already look like a 30 yo man, even if i workout and even if i'm not that bad looking.

So, would paying a sex worker help regarding this insecurity? This is a serious question. Not having to deal with the burden of "being a virgin not by choice" is not great anymore and my self esteem is damaged.

You should DEFINITELY work on building your self esteem up and learn to be confident. You're worrying about balding? Really? Not to dismiss your worries and fears but honey, you are putting too much into it. Stop overthinking and overanalyzing.
And considering paying a woman for sex to lose your virginity. Let's stop and think about that for a second. What do you think THAT will do to your self esteem and self image? The fact that you had to PAY FOR SEX TO GET LAID. That sounds like it would be the real disaster.
If it means that much to you, take the money you would use to pay for a prostitute and get yourself some Rogaine? Or buy a hat? But I promise you, YOU'RE the only one worried about baldness. And the more you make a big deal about it, THEN it becomes a problem.
At the very least, OWN it. Find a way to be confident and smooth with the baldness. THAT is sexy.

Yes... because you can call it practice. If you walk up to the plate and not know how to swing at the ball, you gonna get hit in the balls or face. And it's gonna hurt. But if you practice with your "friend" (just imagine with me please), you can build up said confidience. :)

Unfortunately, as someone also "blessed" with male pattern baldness in their 20's, it doesn't improve in your 30's either. With regards to seeing a sex worker, for some I've heard it works, I've not done it myself, I'd rather someone wanted to be with me for me, not the money I'm paying them, but you do you.

No. Sex workers have a job, and if your intentions are to get ‘dating practice’ with them, I think you’ll be far disappointed. It’s an act, and they’re playing a role. Honestly, I don’t think you should do that.. I think you should just date women and allow yourself to experience the situations so that you’re learning.. Trial and error, you know? Sex workers aren’t always clean (STDS) and it wouldn’t be the best decision to put yourself in that situation.
