Yes many men give bullshit cliche advice towards men when it comes to dating and hookups but I think a lot more of them, tend to or at least try to give good advice. Most women on the other hand say nonsense that doesn't help. When a guy complains about wanting a girlfriend or wanting to get laid, women tell him to be confident, to be nice or funny. If that worked there wouldn't be so many average looking, ugly looking, fat, short, etc guys struggling with getting a romantic relationship or getting laid despite being confident, etc.

The reason for this actually makes sense and I didn't even realize it until the last couple of years. Women dont know anything about relationships mostly because they dont have to. Women are pursued by men so they dont have any incentive to learn about what it takes to get a man. They naively believe that because a man will bang them = men wanting relationships and so when they're giving advice to men they are giving it from an unrealistic position based off of WHAT THEY WANT ONLY
