There's been this guy who indirectly says is in love with me through songs and sends signs and signals that he likes me but never makes a move so that we can start dating officially.
What should I do? Is he waiting for me to confess my feelings or is he indecisive about wether he likes me?

I’m not big on “signs” because that could easily be you interpreting a situation to mean what you’re wanting and hoping it means but the other person could mean something totally different or not be addressing you at all. For instance, you’ve taken him posting songs and “dropping hints” as him being in love with you when you two aren’t even dating. Seems like a stretch to me.
