Does he actually want to see me again?

I met up with a guy two days ago and we made out and got to third base. He said that it felt so good while we were making out and that he could teach me more things later if I wanted. When I left he said he’d see me soon.

I texted him the next day saying I had a great time and would love to hang out again and he said that he’d like to as well. I said for him to just let me know when he’s free next. He hasn’t responded since then. I’m not sure if he just really isn’t interested, felt no need to respond, or is just too busy (he had mentioned previously that this week was busy for him)?

I sincerely don’t comprehend his attitude, answering just a moment isn’t a big commitment, he can just make 5 minutes a day to answer to your messages.
On the other hand, he can be so busy he can’t touch his phone so I suggest you to wait a bit before make a judgement, let’s see how and if he answers to your request and how goes next appointment.
