My girlfriend and I have been together for about a month. She lives about 20 hours away, so we rely on texting and calls to communicate.
Recently, our calls have been scarce or non-existent.
Last week on Friday we were supposed to have a call, but we didn't. I figured she had fallen asleep before the call and later found out she was on the phone with her guy friend for over 6 hours. This was while we were supposed to have our call.
She called me on Saturday morning and thats when she told me she was on the phone with him and apologized. She said it's not anything I need to worry about. That's the last call I had with her.
We went from multiple calls daily to nothing. Saturday night she had a headache so we couldn't have our e-date. Same with Sunday so we couldn't do it then either.
Monday she felt better but she said she was having lunch with her coworkers and then apparently her mom was at her place that night.
Last night we used the new remote control gadget I sent her and I controlled it. She sent me videos of it being used, but wouldn't let me call during.
I honestly miss the calls, and she said she does too. It doesn't feel like she's trying to make the time to even call me for 5 minutes.
She told me yesterday that she's sorry we haven't been having calls and that she doesn't want me to think she's no longer interested.
I guess I just don't know where to go from here. Can anyone give me some advice?
I don't expect her to always be available for a call, and she knows that. I just miss her voice and communicating through something other than text.
