My fiance (28m) said I overreacted when he updated his phone. Is he being inconsiderate?

He said I overreacted after I told him I was hurt. A couple days ago I was updating my phone while he was at work. He got upset because he thought I turned off my data. Today after he got off work he fell asleep for several times and barely responded to my texts, which I am used to. I understand how he is tired after work. He called me right after work and ended the call abruptly because he wanted to rest. He said he would call me again in the evening but he instead updated his phone so I could not reach him for an hour. I thought that he fell asleep on me since its happened a lot. I explained to him that I was hurt because he told me before that he would tell me he is updating his phone but he didn't tell me this tonight. He and I try to make it a point to say good night to each other every night but sometimes he falls asleep and isn't able to. Last night he was upset with me because I was out with my friends and didn't update him as frequently as he wanted. He said it seems like I get my emotional fulfillment from my friends rather than him. Tonight he kept telling me I should not have been hurt by him updating his phone. I am not sure if he is trying to retaliate for last night. He usually apologizes or tells me he understands how I feel. Tonight he didn't. He barely texted me and ended each call abruptly. He tells me he is bothered by how much I don't update him but today he did the exact same thing and barely updated me. It is night where I live. I feel taken for granted. Is this a means for a breakup?
