On online dating, why do men save women profile but never talk to her?

I swear, I know I’m in a competitive field with other beautiful women looking for love. But I noticed, that on my dating profile it says how many views I got and who saved my profile.

So far I 95 views and 13 who saved my profile. And you know what? Not a single 95 or 13 guys messaged me. I posted selfies and a good profile description.

That I think why do guys collect girls profile like baseball cards and not even talk to them?

i don't know how these sites/applications work. but i heard about 'bot accounts' (fake accounts). maybe because of that
