If a guy who has really dense coarse chest and abdomen hair chooses to closely trim them... to look neat and presentable

You could clearly see it's left over stubble and can feel it too...

Does it still bother you and it might look neat but is still bad to touch and hence sexually repulsive?

It doesn't look good... and is painful to touch/rub. I prefer waxed or lasrered
