When is it a good time to ask a girl out, in the sense, after how long of talking irl?

So there is a girl that i like and i feel like she also likes me.

some stuff that she has done, which i think are signs:

1. asked me why i get quiet and shy and nervous around her. I feel like she knows why.

2. Asked me if I’m single.

3. We played Never Have I ever (with our social circle) and she said “never have i ever had a crush on someone in this room”. She smiled and looked at me but i didn't say anything. Later on she told me “you can open up now, i have high expectations from you”. Tbh im not sure what she meant by that, what expectations?

4. After the game we were talking and she told me to come with her and she took me somewhere less crowded, and there while we were talking, she put her hand on my upper arm, and then put her hand on my belly and got super close. I got really nervous and leaned away so her hand didn't touch me. She noticed the gap and put her hand back on my tummy.

5. She has initiated all of our convos 95% of the time. Stuff like hello, how are you, hobbies, and future life. She did most of the talking because i didn't know what to say.

Now I’m not sure if those are actual sogns or if im trying to see signs.

We have seen been familiar faces with each other since march 2022, but never really talked until June/July 2022.

so now the questions:

1. is it fine if i ask her out now? Is that timeframe fine?

2. How should i ask her out? For the girls: would you prefer to be asked “can i go somewhere with you?” Or “can you go somewhere with me?”

i am 24 and have never asked someone out, and never have been in a relationship.
