Would you interpret it as genuine, as in they still like you but just need to sort themselves out (even though they’re on tinder looking for “fun, not a relationship”? Or would you see it as them subtly telling you to move on and date others like they are, because false hope doesn’t feel as horrible to them as straight up honesty?
